1. In lobby A, the check-in counters will be opened at doors D2, D3, and D4:
- Vietnam Airlines (VN) passengers will check in at islands A-B and C-D.
- Vasco, Pacific Airlines (0V, BL) passengers will check in at islands E and F.
- Bamboo Airways and Vietravel Airlines (QH, VU) passengers will check in at islands G and H.
- After check-in, VN, 0V, and BL passengers will proceed to the 1st floor for security screening and go to the departure gate.
- QH and VU passengers will enter through doors D3 and D4 for check-in, then follow the 2 scanners at the end of island H for security screening and proceed to the 1st floor departure area.

2. For Vietjet Air passengers, go to lobby B through doors D6 and D7 to check in at islands I, J, and K. Follow the zigzag flow before the security screening area and line up. If there are many passengers, there will be a long line through door D8 to go through security screening.

3. For security reasons, passengers should not wear dark glasses and should always keep their luggage/belongings with them.
